Productive Educators Newsletter: #172

"do not wait for anyone to come to your aid..."

Hello Reader,

Our education system expects class teachers to work their magic on every student in their classrooms.

This is whether or not these students have additional needs.

It's your responsibility as the class teacher to differentiate your instructions and ensure ALL of your students are doing exceedingly well in their subject areas.

This is what some consider a Herculean task!

But what our education system is ignoring is that if the capacity of our teachers is neglected, the results we wish to see is farfetched.

It's directly proportional! No chere kam bia.

However if the education system is ignoring this, does that mean you as a professional teacher shouldn't upscale and upskill?

NO!

Do not wait for anyone to come to your aid. Invest in your career and meet the demands of your profession.

There are thousands of free courses out there if you can't afford a paid one. At least build your capacity!

In a few weeks I will be releasing the blueprint to my learning support framework.

This framework will show you how to set-up and implement an effective learning support system in your school, even if you are a low-cost school and you are short on funds.

I mean, what better way to maximise the available school resources than this?

And you, my remarkable educator, will get immediate access to it when it launches!

This is one way to invest in your career and meet the demands of your profession.

Because at the end of the day, you are the one your students will point at when they remember the glory days of school, not the education system.

I am rooting for you.

To your success and that of your students.
