Investing energy and resources into yesterday, prevents you from creating the future you truly deserve.

What you should do instead is to use the data from your yesterday to map out the plan for your future.

A lot of school owners faced quite some hurdles this term! It tested your resolve.
​
Some gave up, some kept going irrespective.
​
To those that gave up, it's fine; sometimes we need a rest to recalibrate. To those that keep pushing, keep the momentum going; the sky is your starting point.

There's a lot teachers need to learn from school owners. They've got guts! They've got grit! They've got willpower!
​
It's not business as usual for school owners during this uneasy time. It's literally a fight for survival. You survive or you go home.

So as the term runs down, don't run down yourself with regrets. Rather, use the data from your yesterday to recalibrate your tomorrow.
